Cancellation Policy

At Ugiftd, LLC, we strive to make gift-giving effortless by sourcing, purchasing, and delivering thoughtful gifts on your behalf. Because our service involves personalized gift selection and purchases from third-party retailers, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our members and our business.

1. Membership Cancellation

Free Membership

Members may cancel their free membership at any time through their account settings. There is no cancellation fee.

Premium Membership

Premium members may cancel their subscription at any time.

  • Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • No future subscription charges will be made after cancellation.

2. Gift Order Cancellation

Before Gift Purchase

A scheduled gift order may be cancelled at any time before Ugiftd has purchased the gift.

The member will receive:

  • A full refund of any gift funds collected.
  • Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted if they cannot be recovered.

After Gift Purchase

Once Ugiftd has purchased a gift from a retailer or vendor:

  • The gift cost is non-refundable.
  • The Ugiftd concierge service fee is non-refundable.
  • If the retailer accepts returns, Ugiftd will make reasonable efforts to process the return. Any restocking fees, return shipping costs, or supplier deductions will be deducted from the refund.

After Shipment

Once the gift has been shipped:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds are subject solely to the return policies of the retailer or manufacturer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Personalized or Custom Gifts

Custom-made, engraved, monogrammed, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded after production has begun unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.

4. Incorrect Delivery Information

Members are responsible for providing accurate recipient information.

Ugiftd is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Invalid phone numbers
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Gifts

If a gift arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered, please notify Ugiftd within 7 days of delivery.

When appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the item
  • Arrange a replacement shipment
  • Issue a refund or store credit

Photographs of the damaged item may be required.

6. Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient refusal
  • Failure to collect the package

Ugiftd may:

  • Reship the gift at the member's expense, or
  • Issue a partial refund if the retailer accepts returns.

7. Force Majeure

Ugiftd is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor strikes
  • Government actions
  • Supply chain disruptions

We will work with members to find the best available solution whenever possible.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.

9. How to Cancel

Members may cancel a scheduled gift by:

  • Logging into their Ugiftd account before the purchase deadline - 72 hours prior, or
  • Contacting Ugiftd Customer Support at support@ugiftd.com.

Once a gift has been purchased, cancellation requests will be handled according to this policy.
